Managing the Project

 
We suggest you select an internal project manager – they will be responsible for and accountable to the CEO/MD regarding the following topics:

• Planning and coordinating all arrangements for the old and new premises, the move itself and the  settling in process
• Devising and supervising the schedule for the move
• Recognising any potential problems before they occur and monitoring all developments with evaluations
• Reviewing and monitoring all expenditures regarding the move
