'Move Team' Tasks


During initial meetings, the project team will discuss and agree to certain issues regarding the move, such as:

  • The move schedule/timeline – including deadline and objective dates
  • Overall responsibilities
  • Monitoring, documenting and evaluation reports
It is critical that the move’s success is dependent on the cohesion of the move team or project team; hence, the early set up of this team and the willingness to ‘own the project’ is vital to the complete success of the move.
