Within each area of the business, a move team representative is required to conduct a review of furniture and equipment. The itinerary should include:

Item name
Make
Model
Condition
Age
Configurations numbered and recorded

During discussions, it will be necessary to clarify which items are to be left or taken along to the new premises, and if necessary, what new purchases are required. Measuring all items of equipment and furniture required in the new premises needs to be done with precision; this helps the planning process for the move team and will be good ground work for all concerned with the move.
